  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and we do have a comfortable lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and nice rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms do have the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have, but you can use the computer in our office.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Sestri Levante, 10 km from here.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are in the center.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Deiva Marina and Sestri Levante.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Genoa (1 hour by car) or in Pisa (1 hour and half by car).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, from the airport, we do have it from the railway station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At the railway station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Moneglia, 3/4 minutes by foot from our hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 4/5 minutes by foot from our hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private or public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but we have a large terrace solarium with chairs and beds.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a nice restaurant with a typical cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, sorry you can not.
