I found the system excellent in particular when we had to change our original booking ... UK travellers will find Italy expensive with the fall in the £ against the euro and the inflation in prices over the past year ... Excellent hotel well positioned for Venice Dolomites lake Garda etc wit the added benefit of being situated in the prosseco wine growing area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information on restaurants and sightseeing. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice and the food was wonderful! ... Very nice.
