  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast not included, buffet style.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but extras on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, most part with balconies.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  It can be arranged with our concierge desk.

  Yes, wireless connectivity is also available at the ground floor.
