  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 11.30pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, the breakfast is included in the price. It is served in the big hall of the building and if the weather is fine there is the possibility to serve the breakfast near the swimming pool under the wooden gazebo. The breakfast is a buffet and we can provide our guests the classic Italian Cappuccino, and Coffee as well as different kind of Unbrian cakes such as Ciambellone and the Pine nut Cake, and lots of different fruit juices.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, bills can be settled on arrival, but we advise to do that on the day before departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Our staff speaks Italian, English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has two floors but unfortunately we do not have the elevator, there are an inside and an outside stairs.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, they are very quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Bed linens are provided and changed on a weekly base. Bath towels are not provided and you need to bring your own.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, one room have a terrace and there is also a common courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a cable TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, No Extra charge for this.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is an outdoor swimming pool and it is open during Summer time.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a private and free parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at Perugia airport.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, you can easy reach some stores.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Yes, there are.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The nearest village is Castiglione del Lago, 2 km far.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Perugia airport, at 30 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest public bus stop is 100 mt - Via Vitellino, it is Minibus line.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest is Castiglione del Lago.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
