• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Spanish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All Rooms are soundproofed, so they are all quiet. Romantic Rooms are the Deluxe Rooms with terrace and the Premier Rooftop Rooms with private terrace and outdoor mini private whirlpool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Deluxe and Premier Rooftop Rooms have a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but Deluxe and Premier Rooftop Rooms have a private terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV is in all rooms and also in all bathrooms. International satellite channels are available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have two direct phones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is not subject to seasons and is available in all rooms with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no Internet/E-mail point, but Wi-Fi is available in all the hotel if you bring your own notebook.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, both are available. Parking is free, while garage has an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Perugia Airport or rent it from the hotel and have it delivered it here.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia International Airport (PEG) 30 kilometres from Foligno.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we may organize a shuttle service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There ia s bus stop in front of the hotel
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Foligno, just 50 metres from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet, but a fitness center will coming soon.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Apart from Wi-Fi available in all rooms, some rooms also have a data port connection. Should you connect your modem to the normal telephone line, you will be charged for the telephone.
