The Vignale di Pirro, is a charming group of "Trulli" (characteristic cylindrical houses with conical roofs found in the Puglia region of Italy) with a "conversa" built with exposed stone. A Trullo is an unusual rural stone construction build following highly original method. It is circular in shape and made of dry stone with a cone shaped roof.

The walls are whitewashed an the cone surmounted by a pinnacle is tiled with concentric rows of local stone, called "chiancarella". The entire complex has been recently restored according to local tradition. Set amongst the vineyard hills and Mediterranean woodland it is strategically situated 7 km (4.3 miles) from the "Trulli" houses in Alberobello (which have been added to the UNESCO World Heritage List) and only 10 km (6.2 miles) form the marvellous Adriatic beaches.
