  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am.

  The price is per person per night.

  Yes, it is (continental breakfast only on request).

  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Sorry, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No but, we have a big private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, our rooms are all non smoking areas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, you can use the breakfast room or the nice tables in the garden.

  Free swimming pool for our customers in Alberobello (7 km), open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.

  At Bari or Brindisi airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 1 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We are located just between vineyards and Mediterranen woods.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Alberobello (7 km), Fasano (5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Brindisi Casale (50 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Fasano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Fasano or Monopoli.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Sorry, we're just B&B, but we can suggest you some good restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
