• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  The price includes the use of central heating and the consumption of all the utilities (gas, water, electricity) and the final cleaning of the apartment
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but credit card details are required for the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Englih, Spanish, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors. Please note there is not an elevator in the apartment.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, quiet and very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the apartments (not satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not a telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning without extra charge in the Tower apartment.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking available near the apartment. It is a private garage, payment should be made directly to the owner.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Bologna airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can organize a pick up service on request and with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in via Rizzoli.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Bologna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
