MAGGIORE APARTMENT - A wonderfully spacious apartment in the historical centre of Bologna. The apartment is elegantly and comfortably furnished. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, (1 king size with private seating area, 1 queen and 1 twin), a living room, dining room, and a separate fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath/shower, the second with shower. Sleeps up to 6 (+2) people. |
 GRANDE APARTMENT - A delightful apartment gracefully furnished, enjoying magnificent views of the terracotta red roof tops and towers of medieval Bologna. The apartment retains some of it's original features, in the main room there's a lovely marble fireplace. The apartment comprises of a large entry hall, the grand main room furnished with a seating area and a king size bed, a second twin bedroom, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. Sleeps up to 4 (+1) people. |
 MINORE APARTMENT - This is a lovely bijoux apartment at the very heart of the old city. It is stylishly furnished, and from the lounge you have views of Bologna's unique skyline and the pedestrianised street below. The apartment has a comfortable lounge, a romantic bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is NO kitchen, although a fridge and beverage making facilities are provided. Sleeps up to 2 (+2) people. |
 TOWER APARTMENT -The apartment is decorated and furnished in an elegant fashion; the original beams have been made a feature of. The apartment is on three levels comprising of: main living area consisting of the lounge/dining area furnished with a settee, sideboards, dining table and four chairs and television. A fully equipped separate kitchen. A bathroom with shower and bath, with washing/drying machine nearby. The 'tower' room is the main feature of the apartment and can be reached via a spiral staircase. This room gives stunning views over old Bologna and has a ceiling fresco, it is stylishly furnished with a double sofa bed, two "savonarola" chairs and a writing desk with inspirational views of the two towers. The 'bijoux' bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Sleeps up to 2 (+2) people. |
 OPERA APARTMENT - This striking apartment, the name refers to Bologna's Opera House (il Teatro Comunale) is furnished in a lavish style. This apartment is on the first floor of the building. All rooms lead off the entry hall, which is also a comfortable seating area. The main room, a large impressive room is furnished with a king size bed and private seating area. The second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with fridge, ironing equipment and washing machine. Sleeps up to 4 (+1) people.
