• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental breakfast, and it is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer you to pay at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property is at the third floor of an historical building with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms have nice parquet floors with matching antique and newer furniture, inviting our guests to relax in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have a "provençal" window facing the aleys of the historical centre.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is forbidden in the property.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Rooms have TV, but no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, but there is no kitchen available for our guests.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking area very closeby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Lavagna.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a daily open market 50 mt far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Rapallo, Sestri Levante, Genova, Portofino.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  P.zza NS Madonna dell'Orto, in Chiavari.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiavari.
• How far away is the beach?
  200 mt far from the B&B.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is a fitness centre in front of the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, unfortunately you cannot.
