• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8.30pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Italian breakfast
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are on ground, first, second and third floor. Yes, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every room is quiet and romantic. Rooms facing an inner courtyard are more quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite colour TV. One or two TV per apartment.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is direct dial telephone with possibility to activate the transfer call. Automatic alarm call.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking space (with remote control) is available (upon request and extra fee).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Verona.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Verona Airport, approximately 15 km from the Residenza.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  "Castel Vecchio", at 150 m. approximately
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Verona (Porta Nuova train station), approximately 1 km from the Residenza.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, and each apartment can be equipped on request with telefax, answering machine, photocopier, video-recorder.
