• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm until 5pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You pay deposit of 30% for booking and the whole cash payment at the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Deutsch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each room has a nice terrace in front with a nice scenary and see view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We provide televison on request.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In two rooms there is air conditioning with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Dining is a possible on the terrace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking facility not included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Sorrento.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 100 metres from the building.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Amalfi, 15 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino Airport Naples, 50 km from Positano.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We arrange a special taxi from/to airport.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Positano Chiesa Nuova.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento.
• How far away is the beach?
  5 minutes walk.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private and public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
