• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is a buffet and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 2 floors. Unfortunately there is no lift because the castle dates from the late XIX century.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are, some have even sea-view, and thanks to their particular furniture, decorations and environment, rooms are particularly romantic. It is the ideal place for honeymooners and for weddings.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces, but there's a curtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just the suite room has got a romantic balcony with columns, little statues and sea view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have got tv with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have got a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have got air-conditioned which is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet, but we have already a wireless Internet connection in the lounge and in some rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Unfortunately there is no swimming pool, but there is a solarium with sea view on the top of the castle.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a small private parking in front of the castle and inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some car rentals in Santa Margherita Ligure and in the towns nearby.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are some in the centre of Santa Margherita Ligure, at 10 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Portofino (4 km), the nearest town is Rapallo (4 kms).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Genoa, at about 30 Kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 20 m. away from the external gate of the property.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest ralway station is in Santa Margherita Ligure, at about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is about 10 minutes walk from the Hotel (400 m.).
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, there is just a Breakfast room, but for long periods (at least 3-5 days) the hotel is conventioned with a fine restaurant with sea view in the centre of Santa Margherita Ligure.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is a wireless Internet connection in some rooms of the first floor.
