• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: on arrangement. Please specify your approx arrival time when booking or call us nearer the date to tell us.
  Check-out: before 11 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is buffet with fresh coffee or tea, milk, cereals, butter, home made jam, home made bread, home made cakes, home made juices, home made biscuits, eggs on request and depending on our hens!
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, some French and some German... and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are on the first floor and there's no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet, private and romantic!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, private terrace or courtyard... there's a common terrace, a big garden around the pool and woods and fields to have a walk.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the property is NO SMOKING (except the garden... please just be careful with the fire...).
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only italian TV in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available inside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Pesaro (35 km away) or in Rimini or Ancona Airport (about 70 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Fermignano 4 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  In the farm.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Fermignano 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rimini or Ancona (about 70 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Fermignano (Pesaro-Urbino line or Fano-Urbino line).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pesaro or Fano (35 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Dogs outside.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only for dinners.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
