• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast, and it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the room bill can be settled upon arrival - all extras will however have to be settled at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors in the building but we have no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Being located in the a peaceful site all the apartments are quite and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, the residence provides all the linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes all the apartments have balcon or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes all the apartments have balcon or terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each apartment has its own TV. In the sitting room we have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we are sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking or garage are available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Sondrio there are many rent a car agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In Milan or Bergamo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In S.Caterina Valfurva, just few meters from our property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano (SO).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
