A healthy and natural diet is also important for taking optimal care of your body and the Universal is renowned for its particulary refined cuisine. The chefs produce a wealth of temptations of both local Venetian and international dishes. Your meal starts with a fresh salad buffet consisting of an array of tempting delicacies. The menu then offers a selection of 4 first courses and 4 main courses with side dishes. To complete your meal, there is a buffet selection of fresh seasonal fruits and desserts. A wide selection of wines is available to better accompany your meal.  Swimminpools:
Two connecting hot-spring swimming-pools. An outdoor pool of 18 meter length with jacuzzi and an outdoor pool of 25 meter length. The pools have a constant temperature of 33° C. The richness of our hot springs comes from the bromo-iodine-salt water that is found underground at geothermic origin. From the Prealpi mountains, the water penetrates the subsoil until the depth of around 3000 meters. It takes the water 25 years to cover around 100 km. During its path the water is enriched of mineral salts and it is gradually warmed up to the temperature of 87° C before it springs out in the Abano region. Warm and pleasing, rich and precious, beneficial and therapeutic, the water is then used for the "maturation" of the mud, for the inhale therapies, and the thermal baths and pools. |
