We had booked for four nights, having stayed in your hotel last year in a nice pleasant,quiet room. However we were very disappointed with the room we were given this year. The wardrobe space was very small and the room was poorly furnished. The noise from the street was the noisiest that we had ever experienced. We asked to be moved but management would not do it.

The staff were fine and the hotel communal areas were good, but the accomdation was not good.
