• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included and is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One or two floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the "trulli" set in the countryside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments do have a terrace or a little garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are no TVs in the trulli but you can ask for.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is not air conditioning in the trulli because they are ancient buildings, houses made of stone, therefore they are very fresh in the summer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. It is at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but in Alberobello there are 2 public swimming pools. One is open only during the summer and the other one is covered and open all year round.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking near the trullis area or there is a garage (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Brindisi or Bari airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bari airport (67 km). Brindisi aiport is at 80.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pickup service from and to the airport (not is a free service)
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Alberobello train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Alberobello at 500 metres far from our reception.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have an agreement with a restaurants and all our guests can dine there at affordable prices.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not surf the Internet from the rooms but you can ask the reception to use their own laptop.
