| | |  Trullidea was born in 1997 with the idea of using the trulli of the historical center of Alberobello as accommodation for visitors. Such plan stretches to the valorization and the conservation of the trullo, giving back it to its natural function. The initiative to private character, already from the first year of activity, has recorded a remarkable interest Italian and above all foreign visitors. |
 Trullidea counts of 25 units of various size sleeping in the whole up to 60/65 guests (from 2 to 6 guests each). Every trullo is equipped with en-suite bathroom with shower and delightful ancient furniture. Some trulli have also fully equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace. |
 Breakfast as well as lunch and dinner are served at a central agreed restaurant. Our aim is to preserve the concept of living in a trullo: perhaps you will not have all the facilities of a 5 star hotel but you will enjoy a fascinating atmosphere. We always provide our guests with local guides about sport activities, places of interest and suggestions about Alberobello and its surroundings. |
 Moreover there are workshops organised periodically to introduce the visitors our traditions, from courses of typical cuisine, webbing to the ancient chassis, filet, mbrodery, working of copper, and from September to December, the great festivity of the grape harvest and the collection of the olives with pressing. For those who wanted to know more about the refurbishment of trulli, it is possible to take part to the renovating works. |
