The staff, and the food, at the restaurant are top-notch.
A bit confusing finding your way in the hotel, a bit of a maze. Beds a little hard for my taste.

A wonderful place with great food and wine, friendly staff. Excellent location for touring Umbria.

WE LOVE THE TOWN AS WEL AS THE HOTEL. FROM THE YOUNG MAN THAT TOOK OUR BAS TO OUR ROOM TO THE RECEPTIONIST, FRONT DESK MANAGER, MAITRE'D, HEAD WAITER, ALL WAIT STAFF ETC. EVERYONE WAS WELCOMING, KIND, EFFICIENT, AND WITH VERY GOOD ENGLISH. WE COULDN;T HAVE ENJOYED OUR STAY ANY BETTER. IT WAS AND REMINS A HIGHLIGHT OF OUR 15 DAY TOUR OF ITALY. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO MANY FRIENDS

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS JR. SUTIE WITH THE MOST BREATHTAKING VIEW NESSTLED IN THE FRIENDLIEST LITTLE VILLAGE. VERY EASY TO FIND OFF OF THE MAIN ROAD. GREAT ACCESS TO MANY LARGER TOWNS SUCH AS ASISSI, PERUGIA ETC. VERY RELAXING WITH THE MOST INCREDIBLE SPA SHOWER ABD BATH I HAVE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL ROOM. THE BATHROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND WARM. THE LIGHTING WAS TERRIFFIC.

Had difficulty in finding the hotel once I arrived in the town.

Unfortunately the internet connection in the room was not functioning throughout my stay, and I had to do some of the correspondence at the desk, which was not convenient.

I was disappointed in the oil and wine museums. The entrance fees were exceptionally high. I think that guests should have complimentary entrance to both museums.

Exceptionally good, and the meals were of high quality. Luciano is to be commended. He made them memorable.

We had an exceptional welcome considering we arrived very late (after midnight) after a very bad journey with several long delays on the roads. The night porter parked our car whilst the smiling night manager welcomed us and swiftly took us up to our suite with our cases.

Wonderful. Very attentive in a discreet mannner and very comfortable. Lots of little extras like towels being replaced both in the morning and evening whilst having dinner and a sweet being left on the pillow at night etc.

Very favorably. The overall sense of the hotel was very positive. It's a great location for visiting Umbria. The parking is a big plus.

Breakfast service was poor. We had to get up and ask twice to receive coffee and tea upon arriving in the brerakfast room.

Hard to find Car Park, so it would be good if guests know that valet parking is available (as it was for us)

During 3 of the four days of our stay the Swimming Pool was either 'out of order, under repair by engineeers or 'closed' for a private party.

Spacious ,traditional 5*Hotel with a very good restaurant, beautifully located pool area, many spaciuos lounges, the best breakfast we have been served in Italian hotels and finally very professional & polite staff.

SEEMED A LITTLE BIT CONFUSING.....NO ONE ESCORTED US TO THE ROOM...OFTEN IN A 5 STAR RESORT THIS WOULD HAPPEN

I expected more from a 5 star hotel....for example, most of the clientele were English speaking and there was one English newspaper...WIFI you had to pay for....etc.

It was hard to get a wine tour...they seemed to care for groups staying there more than individual guests...
...
Not reallly a five star resort...
