• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 2 pm.
  Check-out: before 11 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 Floors with 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are furnished with fine elegance and facing the lake for a romantic setting or the greenery of the park which surrounds the hotel for a quiet and peaceful holiday.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of them do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a sat tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are 2 open-air swimming pools, one of which is heated, open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is outside parking free of charge and garage at Euro 15 per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Como.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many in Menaggio.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Menaggio and Bellagio just in front on the other shore.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milan Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize it on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Como St. Giovanni Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a Gymnasium with sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but not in the restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are three restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
