- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is for the whole trullo (4 people max). - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We do not serve breakfast but you'll find home made organic jam , coffee, tea and sugar always included. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is. Our heating system is assured by wood burning stoves. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, French and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our trullo is an one floor building. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, but we have a beautiful courtyard with gazebo. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
We have no balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All the rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
No, there is not. There is a stereo-cd and radio. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No,we do not have. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not but there is a municipal swimming pool 3 km far from us. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, parking available. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Bari or Brindisi Airports. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there are many of them in Ceglie Messapica, the nearest village (4 km). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes and they produce fine wines. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest village is Ceglie Messapica. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Brindisi. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No we have not, but we can arrange it on request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?

The nearest railway station is in Ostuni. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are very welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but we can easily arrange a catering service for you. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, unfortunately you can not.
