- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is meant per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included. We have both buffet and continental breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian, English, Spanish and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors and there is an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are private rooms. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some of the rooms do have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All our rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, all the rooms are equipped with satellite TV and pay per view channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is and it is free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
No, it is not. - Where can we rent a car?
we provide Car-rental and limousine information and reservations. - Which is the nearest airport?
Alessandro Pertini Airport in Caselle, near Turin, is the nearest airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Limousine transportation from/to International Airports on request (for a fee). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is about one block from our property. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Torino Porta Nuova is the nearest railway station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, pets are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not but the hotel is sorrounded by shops and restaurants. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
