 Town House 31 is a refined, small and discrete accommodation in Milan. It is the smallest and newest hotel in the town. Town House 31 was created from an old building of the nineteenth hundred, at n. 31 of Via Goldoni, in the heart of one of Milan's up-coming residential areas. Town House was created from an ideal of home away from home, where the concept of the traditional hotel is lost and each guest is free to express and request until all their needs are met. |
 The philosophy of well-being is carried out throughout the hotels, where the colours that prevail reflect a state of peace. A sense of travel through eras of ethnic, fashion, design; created by the objects that form a part of the house, a trip that can take you to far away places and demonstrate a variety of colour and combinations. The main purpose is to create a meeting point of different languages and cultures, where communication at this day and age is fundamental. Our meeting point is represented by a long table where guests can enjoy the atmosphere. |
 The idea of being spoilt is inborn in all of us. The "Butler" service provided by Town House gives your guests the opportunity to have their suits, ironed and placed in their cupboard ready to be worn on a special occasion. One of the statements made by one of our guests that better describes what we are is: "Town House is the only place where I don't miss my mother while being ill." The creams, whites and natural wood mirror a philosophy of well-being. |
 The long wood table creates a meeting point of cultures and languages to form the perfect mix. The hotel offers 20 rooms including 3 single rooms, all with marble bathrooms en suite. You will be completely immersed in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, where you will find all you need. |
