• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two building.The first have 5 floors with 1 elevator. The second have 3 floor with 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of the rooms have it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, on request.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, 8 non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Sat-TV and Pay-Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, on request at extra cost.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.

  Very close to the Hotel.

  Bologna Airport "G. Marconi", 6 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we can just book a cab or call a taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The stop number is 30 at 20 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station of Bologna at 1,5 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Solarium on the 5th floor.
• Are pets welcome?
