- At what time can we check-in and out?
Tower Apartments, Check In from 3pm until 8 pm, Check Out before 10am. Abbey Rooms Check In from 3pm until 10 pm, Check Out before 11 am - Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. Prices are per apartment per week or per room per day. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
In the apartment formula it is not, but it can be ordered. In the B&B formula, the daily huge continental buffet breakfast is included in the price. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the B&B rooms, but in the apartment it is not. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You must settle your bill on arrival for the apartments and upon departure for the rooms. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
The staff speaks Italian, English, French and Swedish and is always at the Guest's full disposal.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
It depends in which building you are. In the Abbey (BandB), there are 3 floors including ground floor, in the Torre (apartments) there are 3 floors including ground floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms and apartment are special and quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, towels and bed and household linen are provided in the BandB and in the apartments. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have. Please remember that smoking is forbidden in apartments bedrooms and in common rooms (reading room, laundry, entrance, stairs). Smoking is permitted outdoors only (the Italian Law do not allow smoking indoors). - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is coloured Sat TV in all rooms and apartments. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is telephone in the rooms, not in the apartments. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All the rooms have air conditioning,but not the flat. Air conditioning is at no extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, there is not in the rooms, yes, there is for the apartments. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do (extra cost). - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is. Pool is open from half May to half October; pool hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, you can park in the property. - Where can we rent a car?
In Perugia. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, 2 km distance. - Are there vineyards nearby?

Animals are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
There is a modem connection possibility in the rooms, not in the apartments.
