"Torretta Salentina" is located 3 km far from the town of Galatina on the main road (strada provinciale) for Corigliano d'Otranto. This part of Apulia is called "Salento" and it is a fascinating land rich in history and culture. Wherever your head turns you will see either olive trees or vineyards, a splendid landscape made of unspoiled nature. But Salento is also "the land between two seas", the gate to Greece and Africa, the land of white houses and smiling, welcoming people. We suggest our guests to visit the wonderful cliffs of Polignano and of the coast of the Bari province, the trulli of Alberobello and the landscapes of the Itria Valley, the grottoes of Castellana Grotte, Ostuni, the masserie (ancient stony rural farms, often fortified) and the enchanting rural churches.

How To Reach Us

From Bari airport take the direction for BRINDISI-LECCE. When you arrive near Lecce, you have to reach Galatina.

From Brindisi airport take the direction for Lecce and then for Galatina.

From Lecce: We are also easy to find, from Lecce, by taking the national road (superstrada) Lecce-Maglie using the exit Corigliano and reaching the provincial road (strada provinciale) Corigliano-Galatina or taking the national road (superstrada) Lecce-Gallipoli using the exit for Galatina.

We are situated 3 km from the town of Galatina on the provincial road (strada provinciale) for Corigliano d'Otranto. The sign CONTRADA MURICA marks the private road which leads to our property (the property is at the end of the private road).
