- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It is a continental breakfast prepared directly by the owners. - Is heating included in the price?
No, it is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. Please note that we do not accept credit cards and payments are due only by cash. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Torretta Salentina is a 2 storey apartment.Downstairs there is a living room and bathroom and upstairs a double bedroom. No lift.
- Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, the apartment is romantic, cosy and quiet, the perfect hideway for a couple. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels(for the house and for the pool) are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, the apartment does. There is an external covered terrace overlooking the garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, it doesn't but there is an external covered terrace. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a satellite TV in the bedroom with dvd and cd player, too. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not but the owners are pleased to offer the possibility to surf the Internet in their house if required.
- Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is. It is open from May to October. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking available. - Where can we rent a car?
Bari or Brindisi airport or in the city of Lecce. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there are some grocery stores 3 km far from the apartment. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are a lot of vineyards and beautifull olive groves nearby. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Galatina and Corigliano d'Otranto. - Which is the nearest airport?
Brindisi airport(55 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do, upon request (extra charge). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
There are no bus-stops nearby. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Lecce for FS (main Italin train company) and Galatina for FSE (local company), 100 m far from us. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not but Mum, will cook for you upon request! - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can. We offer wireless access.
