  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We require prepayment with credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Spanish, Flemish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have only ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, most of them have a garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open from April till October.

  You can rent a car at the reception.

  The nearest town is Fasano.

  The nearest airports are Bari and Brindisi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but at extra charge.

  The beach is at 3km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private of our property.

  Yes, there is Turkish bath, jacuzzi and wellness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
