  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our prices are per Villa per week.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, the breakfast is not included in the price, but we can provide to arrange an exclusive breakfast "on request".
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, but we prefer pre-payment with credit cards.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, French and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    You will find the various living-areas and in order to understand how they are laid out we have divided them into 3 sectors: Belvedere, Canonica, Torre (the Tower), 1st Sector is at 20 steps from the car-park, 2nd Sector is at 80 steps from the 1st sector and 3rd Sector is at about 90 steps from the 2nd sector.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the Villa is very quiet, private and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, four sets of bed and bath linen per week are included in the price.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, they do.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV in each room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the reception desk.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are at 2 km from the property.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The nearest city is Maiori.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Naples Capodichino Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we can provide it but it is on request with extra charge.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is at 2 minutes from the property.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is in Salerno.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The Villa has a private access to the sea.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    We have a private access to the sea.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Yes, there is Gym, Jacuzzi and Sauna.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not, but we can arrange for you a private Lunch or Dinner with our Chefs and waiters "on request" with a notice of 1 week before.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
