Masseria Torre Coccaro is wonderful place were you can enjoy great Italian southern cuisine and rest at one of the most beautiful pool I have ever seen in my life. The hotel itself, designed in unique Masseria style and surrounded by olive tree orchards, is very charming and its specious rooms offer cool escape from hot Italian sun. I am pretty sure I would like to spend another vacation in Masseria Torre to enjoy its tranquility and hospitality. ... If you like place where you can rest and rejuvenate yourself the Masseria is the place to go.

The small indoor spa pool may be used buy accompanied children. ... A rambling group of interesting buildings in a beautiful landscape with excellent food and service and the most comfortable bed in which I have slept. But it is expensive, do not go if you are going to worry about spending money.

The porter immediately came to take our suitcases and we were shown to our room. ... More emphasis on the home-grown vegetables and fruit. Stress how welcoming and peaceful it is and how fantastic the breakfasts were! ... Peaceful, calm, very comfortable and perfect for restful and relaxing holiday. The spa was amazing and we only wished we had arranged to stay longer.

We were very late arriving and they were waiting for us. Although the night clerk's English was not very good he was friendly and mad sure we were settled ... Outstanding service. Exceptional management ... Lovely rural inn near many attractive villages and tourist sites. Great personnel. Everyone very friendly and helpful. All the charm of a family owned inn with comforts of luxury hotel.

transfer was good but expensive! ... Considering the general prices in that area of Italy the prices of the food and drink were very high (although the quality was v good). ... Beach access should be more acurately described. ... An excellent place for a short break and relaxation ....though not cheap!!

Exit from the motorway from Brindisi is signposted right one exit before the actual turning off which threw us a bit in the dark! ... Room had ants which had to be sorted out on two occasions! ... Really relaxed and welcoming. Fantastic breakfasts. Very flexible about childcare and the about details of the package offered - inclusive meals could be taken at lunch or dinner. Lovely place.
... Lovely, great food and welcome but the spa treatments are quite expensive and a bit uneven in quality in our experience.

The hotel is extremely nice. The staff were very hard working, and despite working long hours were always extremely polite. The service was excellent. The food was of an excellent standard. All in all we really enjoyed a relaxing stay at the hotel.
The only complaint that I have is as follows: Asking for 20 euro a day to use the gym was a bit steep for what is only a couple of exercise machines, weight apparatus and indoor pool. Any hotel where I have stayed always provides these services inclusive.
The only other comment I have is a lack of tourist information about Puglia in the hotel. They had a very simple handout which gave a very brief synopsis about the surrounding areas. It was only when we moved on to Lecce for a one night stay that we found a full range of guide books etc. I could not locate any decent guide books in the UK prior to departure - so it would be handy if the hotel had more extensive information.

I was dissappointed by the crockery, which was chipped and old. Whilst I appreciate that this may have been to reflect the rustic nature of the area, I was not impressed with it. It looked shabby and inappropriate for a hotel trying to be 5 star.
