• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast, and it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill at he tcheck out if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have rooms at the ground floor and at the 1st floor. We do not have any lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes except the rooms located on the train station side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not have rooms with terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Evey room has a television, but only with italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, it is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we do not have rooms with air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have internet Wi-Fi service available for our customers.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a garage available for our customers with extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 200 mts from the Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, we are close to different shops.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lavagna.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  C.Colombo Airport in Genoa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 mts far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiavari railway station is 300 mts. far.
• How far away is the beach?
  10 mts far.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only if indicated in the reservation because we do not accept pets in all our rooms.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, part of our rooms are connecte with Wi-Fi service.
