• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price are per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The basis bill can settle on arrival, extra will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel has 3 floors and one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have telephone, just dial "0" for the outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there is a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Trapani, but the reception staff is at disposal for any information.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Trapani 10 km and Valderice 5 minutes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Palermo 80 km and Trapani 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request and extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Valderice (3 min).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Trapani 10 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  10 km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is a public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome in hotel rooms but not in the common areas.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
