 Just eigh kilometres far from Cittą di Castello (Perugia), the most important town of the Tiber High Valley, the Castle of Tocerano (700 metres) is the result of old farm houses built through the years around a Watch Tower of the 11th century. The Castle is under the protection of the Ministry for the Cultural Heritage. The Castle of Tocerano dominates a relaxing landscape: beyond the big valley you can see the huge shape of Monte Santa maria Tiberina, an untouched medieval village. |
