Very smooth, went quickly, just what I needed after travelling for more than 24 hours!

It was the second time I have stayed at the hotel, the first being in 1999. It was even better than I remembered and, when I next come to Rapallo, I would certainly like to stay there again.

Possibly that the parking is not available on Thursdays because of the market. It may be a good idea to prepare people for this (especially if they are checking in on a Thursday)and say where alternative parking is available.
I don't remember this being on the website, if it was, I apologise and please ignore these comments!

Very clean, very comfortable, friendly, and good value at the price. I would highly recommend it to anybody who is prepared to spend a bit more on accomodation, it was well worth it.
