  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors, with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Satellite TV and international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms, at no cost normally from the end of May to the end of October.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we have a wireless Internet connection in all rooms, lobby and breakfast-restaurant.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Open air parking is available just in front of the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  200 mts. from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Santa Margherita Ligure (3 Km), Portofino (8 Km), Cinque Terre (50 / 60 Km) and the hotel is in the centre of Rapallo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genoa "Cristoforo Colombo" (30 Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have, but only on request and at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Local company bus stop at 50 mts.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rapallo.
• How far away is the beach?
  Just in front of the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is private - special prices for our guests.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we have special agreements with some restaurants, close to the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
