  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All rates are per rooms, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, American breakfast buffet with regional products and is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, the room bill can be settled upon arrival - all extras will however have to be settled at departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Our staff speaks Italian, English, German, Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors ed more rooms can be reached by elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are quiet and private.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, same rooms have terraces with view on sea or on garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, same rooms have balcony with view on sea or on garden.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, on request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, all our rooms have a TV , most of our suite offer a second one in the living room. There are also some international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms free of charge and individually controlled.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, there is an Internet Point in the lobby.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is an swimming pool open from May to September.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a large parking area.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    On request, we can organize the reservation of a rental car for you to pick-up, for example at the arrival airport.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, you find a supermarket at about 1,5 miles far from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Island of Lipari is at 2 miles.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Catania "Fontane Rosse" with 120 miles (180 Km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    On request, we can organise pick-up by private car from the airport. This service can be charged to the hotel bill.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There are no bus stops close by.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is in Milazzo.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beack is far approx. 0,50 miles (0,8 Km).
  • Is the beach private or public?
    The beach is private and public.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, but only up to 3 kg.

    Yes, you will find "Arcipelago" our restaurant serving Sicilian and international cuisine.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, all rooms offer Internet connection via modem.
