  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, it is, please inform staff about your preferences, we will be happy to personalize your breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating, air conditioning, hot and cold water, electricity, bed/bathroom linens and organic complimentary toiletry are included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, you can not.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We have a reception only for Suite Manzoni. Therefore we offer a 24/7 Customer Care service with check-in and check-out directly in your apartment. Our staff speaks Italian, English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Each location is in a different building. Every building is completely renewed and has 1 or more elevators. Only The Black Orchid Suite does not have an elevator but it is located on the first of 2 floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all our apartment-suites are very quiet and romantic, the perfect setting for important moments.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    You will find excellent, complete bed and bathroom linens as well as complimentary organic toiletry.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, but some apartments have a balcony or a beautifull view from the windows.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, Black Orchid Suite and Suite della Spiga have a balcony on the main street (but they are very quiet). The other apartments have a beautifull view on a private garden (Suite Manzoni) or on Brera (Golden Suite).
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all the apartments are no smoking Suites.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, you have a 20" flat TV with international channels. On-demand movies are available with extra charge.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, you have a private phone line.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, at any time and with no extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is always a dining table and elegant table ware.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, but in the centre of Milan you have many options.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, but a swimming pool is available at short distance from all the locations. Please contact staff.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Only for some apartments (Black Orchid Suite). Please contact the staff for help.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Piazza Diaz, next to the Duomo or at the Centrale rail station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Milano Linate.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, but only on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is Scala.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Milano Centrale Train Station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, but there are many close to the apartments. You can also have beauty treatments in your apartment: face, hands, feet, nails and hair treatments (not included in the rate). Please contact the staff.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, pets are not so welcome. We instead have a very warm welcome for families with babies.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but any kind of meal can be delivered to the apartment. You can also ask the staff for a private chef to prepare a special lunch or dinner in the apartment.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, there is a high speed connection. The service is free of charge.
