• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our rich buffet breakfast is included in the room's price. It's not included in the apartments.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Beside Italian we speak English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Le Terre del Verde consists of 2 buildings. The first one has 3 floors and no elevator, the second one has only a ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. Half of our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and there is no extra charge.

  Yes, we do.

  Yes, there is a heated swimming pool open all year round and free of charge for our guests.

  Yes, there is and it offers sauna, turkish bath, beauty treatments and massages.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size pets and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from your room with your onw laptop (large band connection).
