We were given a twin room instead of the double we had booked, however the quality of the room was not in question, and the beds were pushed together anyway.
I was more than pleased with the hotel on arrival.

The staff on the front desk were very helpful on arrival, and even helped us with our Italian speaking, and also recommended a restuarant to eat in late, on the firstnight of arrival.

No hassel.

Very pleasant hotel, very good value for money and in an excellent location for exploring Milan.
