• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast is included in the room price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the area is very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have TV with italian channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not but you can park in the street.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Parma, or at the airport, we can organise the service for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Parma's G. Verdi Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It is a service that can be organised.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are no bus.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Salsomaggiore's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  WE only have a sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets are welcome. Please ask.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is; it serves regional food.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
