This accommodation is one of the most refined in Casamicciola, a destiny that has grown thanks to its thermal and curative waters in this archipelago 45 minutes from the port of Naples. There are several hotels that make the most of this natural miracle, but Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa is a really traditional spot where to stay, with 61 guestrooms, three restaurants and two bars.

It all began with the construction of a spa centre in 1863:
the Manzi brothers ordered architect Gaetano Fazzini to build it over the Gurgitello springs, and the final result was absolutely charming, in Pompeian style and featuring columns and vaults.

A hotel already worked by that time besides the spa centre: it was called "Dei Romani" and throughout the years famous guests chose it for their rest, including General Giuseppe Garibaldi, who underwent a treatment here in 1864, after being injured during the battle of Aspermont. Finally, in the 1960s the complex was totally restored by film producer Angelo Rizzoli, and Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa was born as it is now, the last renovations being made in 2006.
