  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In any time, Check Out any time.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All prices are per person and per night, except for Christmas, New Year and Easter where price regards the whole house.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, it is not. There is a fitted kitchen in the villa you can of course use to cook.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No, it is not. Wood and gas are excluded from the price and counted apart.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, the room bill can be settled upon arrival - all extras will however have to be settled at departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors: 1 groundfloor and a first floor. There are no lifts in the villa.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The villa is very quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, there are.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    There is one balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All bedrooms are non smoking, and we'd rather our guests restraint from smoking inside.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    No, there is not. But you can ask for one for the common living room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, of course!
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not, but there is an Internet point in Linguaglossa.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the airport. To benefit from negociated price ask us directly.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It is Fontanarossa (International Aiport Catania) at approximately 50 kms.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    It is Linguaglossa, a circa 7,5 km. You can take a taxi to reach the villa.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    It is Taormina Giardini at circa 22km or Calatabiano at 13 kms.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    By arrangement.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
