• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 9am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room in B&B. Per person in HB and FB.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Several building, some with 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the room have a terrace or a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and it is included in the room rate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, outside swimming pool, open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available on site.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On site.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  At few km from the hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Fasano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Brindisi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
