• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from midday.
  Check-out: before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  B&B is intended per room. Half board per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 Floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, even if all rooms are extremely quiet and romantic. One of our suite rooms has got a very romantic and cosy terrace on the village roofs.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the property is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all major satellites.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 3 km from La Tana dell'Istrice at the owners'property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Paring below the building.
• Where can we rent a car?
  16 km far from the property. We normally arrange with car hire personnel to come and bring cars to La Tana's guests.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Civitella d'Agliano (the property is located here) and Orvieto (18 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In town, 3' walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Orvieto or Alviano, 20 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but we can provide shoatsu massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
