- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before noon. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our buffet breakfast is always included in the room rate. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Of course, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German, French, Spanish and Holland. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Two floors. Yes there is a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, there are no terraces nor curtyards. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
We have just one Suite with balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we don't. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Each room has a TV, apart from the Suite that is on two different levels, and has two televisions. There are some internations channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, and it is without any charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we don't. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
You can use the pool of Hotel Villa Balbi, because it's the same property. - Is parking or garage available?
You can use the parking of Villa Balbi. - Where can we rent a car?
In Sestri Levante there are Avis' and Hertz's agencies. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, at walking distance. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Lavagna km 5. - Which is the nearest airport?
Genoa. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No we don't. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Five minutes' walk near S. Antonio church. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Setri Levante, at 5 minutes' walking distance. - How far away is the beach?
We are in front of the beach. - Is the beach private or public?
We have our own private beach, there are anyway many public beaches nearby. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
No, we don't accept pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is the restaurant "La Terrazza". - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
