All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

There are six rooms with balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, but there are no satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

No, but there is air conditioning in the restaurant. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

No, but we have an agreement with the swimming pool of a private beach at 400m. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, for free. We also have a covered parking for an extra fee. - Where can we rent a car?
Nearby, we can help you with that. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
At 50 meters there is a small shopping centre, the centre of Lavagna is at 600 meters. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Chiavari. - Which is the nearest airport?
Genova. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but we can organize it. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
At 150 m. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Lavagna and Chiavari are 800 meters far from the Hotel. - How far away is the beach?
400 meters, and we have a shuttle from and to the beach for free during summer time. - Is the beach private or public?
Both. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
