 The Hotel features a big sun terrace with panoramic view overlooking all the gulf of Tigullio from Sestri Levante to Portofino. The Restaurant can hold up to 200 people and it is suitable for ceremonies, and modern rooms with every comforts. At the Hotel we can organized important conferences as there are a large lounge conference-hall and a big parking for cars and buses. |

| The Hotel Sud Est is located between Lavagna and Chiavari, at 10 minutes walking from the beaches. The Hotel as an agreement with a swimming pool, which is close by also, at 10 minutes. In 15 minutes walking you can reach the centre of Lavagna, where you will find all the main facilities you may need, like restaurants, bars, shops, banks, post office and many others. Close to Lavagna there are many other interesting places to visit, like Cinque Terre, Portofino, Genoa... |
