    Yes, it is included.

    Italian and English are spoken at the reception.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors bu there is not an elevator in the building.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, the apartaments are very quite, private and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Bed linens and bath towels are provided and they can be changed on request.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, the apartments have not a terrace, but some have direct access to the garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, the apartments on the first floor have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all apartments are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, in every apartment there is a satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, in some apartments there is air conditioning and it is including in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not an Internet point, but you can use the computer at the reception.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is open from June 1st to September 30th.
    Opened all day long, except at night, and under your own responsibility as bathing attendant is not compulsory.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a free and private parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at Foligno or Montefalco, the nearest villages or at International Umbria Airport in Perugia.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes,there are supermarkets in Montefalco and Cannaiola.

    Yes, there are. The nearest is vineyard of Rocca di Fabbri.

    No, we do not.

    is on the other side of the road in front of the property.

    The nearest railway station is Foligno.

    No, there is not.

    Yes, little pets are welcome.

    No, there is not a resaurant in the property but we are affiliated with some restaurants nearby.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
