• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast. Is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Or on arrival or the day before the check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors, but the stairs are low. The elevator is only for luggages.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and changed every 2 days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have the balcony, some rooms the window.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is tv sat in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, we can give to our guests the cordless on request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms and is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is no dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The Internet point is out of the Property, but it's nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is in the Hotel nearby, on payment.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The public parking is nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can book for you a rental car in Sorrento.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is the public service to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It' in Tasso square (20 metres).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Circumvesuviana station is 50 metres far from Palazzo Starace.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  The pets are welcome, if they don't disturb the guests.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but in the Corso Italia there are many restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, that's impossible.
